BOILER & HEATING INSTALLATION
There is never a good time for your boiler to fail, and it can be a major financial investment deciding to install a new one. Sometimes though, constantly trying to repair an old appliance can be more costly and just a general pain and obiously everything has a lifespan.
If you are thinking of replacing your boiler, speak to me. I will happily come out and give you a free quotation after doing a survey of what needs to be done. GAS SAFETY INSPECTION & SERVICING
I provide Gas Safety inspection and servicing on boilers, cookers, water heaters and fires
It makes good sense to get your boiler and other gas appliances serviced each year, if the applaince isnt serviced each year then the warrenty on the appliance may become void. It will also give you that peace of mind that the appliance is operating safely and allow my self to identify any potential problems early and save you money in the long run.
BOILER BREAKDOWN
There’s nothing worse than the extensive disruption that a faulty boiler may cause, specially during those freezing winter months when the last thing you need is for your boiler to stop working, resulting in a freezing home

POWER FLUSH
If you have noticed that your radiators are taking considerably longer to heat up compared to how quickly they used to, or have noticed any of the other signs listed below, it might be time to book a powerflush with us.
When I powerflush your central heating system, I inject water at a high velocity to remove any of the sludge, rust and other debris that has built up inside over time, helping improve the efficiency of your heating system overall. I also add a cleansing and immobilising products to further improve the cleansing process.
Not only does powerflushing help improve the efficiency of your central heating, it can also help protect your boiler against expensive breakdowns and repairs.

Your radiators are taking their time to heat up or aren't heating up at all
There are cold spots on your radiators (despite recently bleeding them)
Your boiler is making strange noises (this could also be a sign that you have a faulty boiler)
A magnet can attach to the copper pipework next to your boiler (indication that there is iron sludge inside)
